Dialogue on election campaigns with students

As part of ECES's support for Observa Bolivia and in partnership with Fundación Construir, a workshop titled "Propaganda on Social Media in the 2025 Bolivian General Elections" was held. The audience consisted of undergraduate students from the social communication and political science programs at the Bolivian Catholic University (UCB), the Higher University of San Andrés (UMSA) and Unifranz. Rafael Loayza, representing ECES, gave a presentation titled "Social Media in the Context of the Electoral Conflict." Following the presentation, a very interesting debate took place with the students about the role of social media and combating fake news in building democratic awareness. Approximately one hundred students participated.
