Human Rights Monitoring Report
Cochabamba, October 22 (UCOM/DPB) – Ombudsman Pedro Callisaya presented the Human Rights Monitoring Report for the second round of the 2025 General Elections in Cochabamba.
The report highlights citizen participation, confidence in the electoral process, and identifies challenges for future elections.
EU Ambassador Jaume Segura and ECES Project Director Luis Castellar took part in the presentation.
With EU funding, ECES has provided comprehensive electoral technical assistance to the Ombudsman’s election observation, supporting efforts to enhance trust and credibility in the 2025 general polls.
