The German-Burkinabe Financial Cooperation via the Development Bank, KFW, within the project in support of municipal elections implemented by the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), on behalf of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of Burkina Faso, is funding the procurement of indelible ink, fingerprint ink and voting booths, to be delivered according to the DAP (Delivered At Place) modality in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) between the 10th of January 2016 and 25th January of 2016.
