Resilience: the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties.
Since the establishemnt of our not for profit foundatuion in 2010, we have worked in more than 50 countries, supporting election management bodies, Civil Society Organizations, Parliament, and other national institutions.
Our role is facilitating cooperation on electoral matters between the EU, its member states, and their partner countries. This involves tight deadlines and unexpected complications, such as the energy going down while reviewing project activities.
We want to express our gratitude to Madiguene Thiam – PAPPE Project Coordinator , Yosra Ben – Finance and Administration Officer, Franck Marc – Accountant, Memtodjim Félicité – Project Assistant, Amirouche Nedjaa – Institutional Communication and Media Expert, Khaldoun Dudin – IT Expert, Scipion du Chatenet – Senior Procurement Expert, José Enrique – Expertise in Strategic Planning, Eric de Pailleres, Fourida Mbafe and Ngadoum Ratnan. Your contributions to our PROJET D’APPUI AU PARLEMENT ET AUX PROCESSUS ÉLECTORAUX (PAPPE) and the technical assistance we are implementing in Chad for continue their work even when the lights go off.
However, at ECES, we continue working with and supporting our partners to achieve the expected results of our projects.
