In addition to theoretical aspects, it should be noted that the communication, animation and vulgarization techniques used include a variety of interactive and participatory methods, aimed at engaging participants and facilitating their understanding of the new text and how easily they can communicate it.
In short, the initiative to raise awareness and broaden the text of the draft constitution by the Conseil National de la Transition Guinée (CNT) represents a significant step forward in mobilizing citizens within the constitutional process in Guinea. By ensuring that information is disseminated smoothly, and that citizens' concerns are addressed, this approach could increase the legitimacy of the upcoming referendum and facilitate the restoration of constitutional order.
