Within the framework of its electoral support activities in the French speaking countries of the Republic of Guinea, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burkina Faso, Madagascar and the Union of Comoros, ECES is looking for candidates available to undertake assignments in the field within the shortest possible period of time. In this context, ECES is looking for electoral experts perfectly fluent in French (both written and oral) and with a sound experience in electoral assistance accumulated especially in the francophone countries of Africa. It will be an asset if the experiences were maturated also in the countries mentioned above.
In particular, ECES is looking for CV and candidatures to fill out the following positions in the short run:
- Project Manager/Project Director
- Deputy Project Manager-Director/Senior Electoral Expert
- Civic Education Expert
- Electoral Expert
- Legal-Constitutional Expert
- Institutional Communication Expert
- Training/Capacity Development Expert
- Media Monitoring Expert
- Electoral Results Transmission Expert
- Logistics/Operations Expert
- Biometric Voter Registration Expert
- Administration/Finance Officer
- Project Officers
The years of requested electoral experiences for the different positions varies according to the level of responsibilities and the range goes from 12-15 years of relevant experience for the position of Project Manager/Director, to 7-10 years for the different experts and at least 5 years of relevant experience for the Admin-Finance and Project Officers. The specific terms of references for each positions and for each projects are being finalized in consultation with the donors and beneficiaries and will be sent to the interested candidates with a suitable curriculum.
