Agung Putranto as Senior Electoral Graphics Designer and communication expert has over two decades of expertise in information technology, multimedia, and visual communication. He is a professional specializing in audio, video, and graphic design. He has demonstrated exceptional skill in developing and executing institutional design strategies, delivering impactful print, digital, online, and audio-visual solutions. Agung’s portfolio includes collaborations with global brands such as Samsung, Shell, ASUS, Hewlett-Packard, ConocoPhillips, and Coca-Cola, where he has successfully led multimedia projects from concept to completion.
His proficiency is backed by a suite of international certifications, including Adobe Creative Suite, Pro Tools, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support, and other technical support credentials. His expertise extends across network infrastructure, multimedia applications, and user assistance, making him a versatile asset in both technical and creative domains.
In the electoral sector, Agung has played pivotal roles since 2004, participating in EU Electoral Observation Missions in Indonesia, East Timor, Banda Aceh, and Nepal. He has worked as a Technical Operations and Logistics Expert with renowned organizations such as the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Save the Children, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UNICEF, and EuropeAid.
His contributions include the design and production of ballot papers for Burkina Faso’s 2015 coupled elections under the PACTE-BF project by ECES, and multimedia development for Nigeria’s 2019 general elections as part of the EUSDGN project. Agung has also supported projects aimed at fostering peaceful elections and mitigating election-related violence, including PEV Ethiopia, EURECS Ethiopia, Pro-Peace Kenya (2022–2023), and PARD Guinea.
Agung’s strategic vision and technical skills were instrumental in his collaboration with UNDP to create election forms and manuals for Ethiopia project (PEV and EURECS). From 2019 to 2022, he supported PARD Guinea project and later joined the ECES headquarters in Brussels, where he oversees communication management for all ECES projects worldwide.
Agung holds a degree in Marketing and Management obtained in 1999, complementing his technical acumen with strong business and strategic management skills.
