Sisay Melese Tassew is an experienced governance and peace building expert with over 20 years of professional experience in conflict prevention, electoral support, and institutional capacity development. He has served in senior leadership roles at the Ministry of Peace and Inter Africa Group, where he led national and cross-border programs promoting dialogue, mediation, and democratic governance. At the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), he has contributed as a Senior Political Party Expert and currently serves as a Senior Training and CVE(Civic and Voter education) Expert. Sisay holds a postgraduate Degree in Federalism.
