Electoral Political Economy Analysis (EPEA)

The Electoral Political Economy Analysis (EPEA) provides an analytical framework to identify the underlying factors, formal and informal structures, and dynamics that shape stakeholders' perceptions, motivations, values, and ideas in relation to electoral processes. These underlying relationships and forces are traditionally underexplored in electoral process analysis.

Similarly, electoral aspects are rarely addressed comprehensively in traditional political economy analysis. The objective of EPEA is to highlight the most influential constraints and opportunities regarding a defined issue to promote stability and sustainable democratic development.
