Abdul Hakim Bawar is an Afghan professional with over seven years of experience in national and international organizations, specializing in finance, administration, and internal auditing. From August 2018 to March 2020, Abdul Hakim served as a Finance Officer for the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES) in Afghanistan, working on the Project in Support of Sustainability and Electoral Integrity in Afghanistan (PROSES). He was responsible for archiving, filing, and recording financial documents in accordance with ECES organisational regulations, performing weekly reconciliations for bank accounts, payment orders, and maintaining professional monthly financial reports.
